This is Texas Tech’s Mike Singletary scoring 29 straight

I had to work early this morning so I didn’t find out about Mike Singletary’s amazing feat until today. Singletary scored 29-straight points to rally Texas Tech to a stunning 88-83 upset of NCAA tournament-bound Texas A&M.

He finished with 43 points and seven rebounds to lead the Red Raiders to a victory after trailing by 22 in the second half.

This feat would be amazing under any circumstance, but it’s especially amazing considering Singletary averages 11 ppg this season – coming off the bench. He’s spent time in head coach Pat Knight’s doghouse this season.

Wednesday’s performance is one of the best ever in conference tournament play. Singletary made 14-20 shots from the field, including 3-4 from 3-point land, and shot 12-14 from the free throw line.

I was hoping there would be a better highlight package than this, but here you go. I don’t know why the camera is shaky; tripods aren’t too expensive. It must be the economy.
